Happy New Year

I was thinking about this pic for a long time, but I had a problem with my liquid masking ( that thing that you put before you will use your watercolor - I don't really know how to call it)
But I got this thing as Christmas gift, so I could made it I used this time Photoshop to make clouds and snow

And I'd like to thank my dear who helped me to do the background Because I'm really bad at using PS:/ I have to learn more
